Three provisions in the bill against divorce

According to the Bill’s proposal, three divorces (speaking, writing, or electronic, such as email, SMS and WhatsApp) will be illegal at one time.

According to the draft bill, it will be applicable to three divorces or ‘divorce a biddat’ at one time and it will give the victim the power to ask the magistrate to demand alimony for herself and minor children.

The victim may also request for the protection of minor children from a magistrate. The magistrate will make a final decision on this issue.
