Money laundering case: ED attached Misa and her husband Shailesh Kumar’s farmhouse in Delhi,

New Delhi: Bihar’s former Chief Minister and RJD supremo Lalu Yadav’s daughter Misa Bharati and son-in-law Shailesh’s farm house attached by ED(Enforcement Directorate). Both the property has been attached under the Money Laundering Act. Attach means that now Misa and Shailesh can not use any kind of farm house.

It is alleged that these farm houses have been purchased with the money collected through fake companies. At present, the value of this farmhouse is more than fifty crores rupees. These farm houses are located in Palam of Delhi. Its name is 26 Palam Farm House.

ED has arrested the owner of Shail Company Jain brothers and Shailesh CA Rajesh Agarwal in this case. Rajesh Agarwal is currently lodged in Tihar Jail.

After the ED’s action, now the problems of Lalu Yadav may increase with Mishra and Shailesh. This farmhouse was bought on the name of Michel Company. It is being told that between year 2008-09 misha get 1.20 crore rupess through shell companies. at that time Lalu Yadav was the Railway Minister at the Center.
