Bihar: a new bridge built parallel to Digha-Sonpur JP bridge,Central Government will construct the Patna Outer Ring Road

New Delhi: The Central Government has approved the construction of a new bridge at a cost of 2400 crore parallel to Mahatma Gandhi Setu. The state government will construct it.

Apart from this, the Central Government will construct the Patna Outer Ring Road, which will be constructed by the Khenholi of Bihta to Naubatpur, Lakhna Danyiwan, Fatahah and Fort Dargah, the central government will construct the forelane road.

The central government will also construct a four-lane bridge parallel to digha-sonpur two Lane bridge.

The Central Government has asked the state to take immediate land acquisition for Kollivar-Buxar Four-lane.



NHAI is ready to take forward tender for the bridge on the Kodi river, bridge construction at Kosi river and bridge over Dumriya Ghat on NH-28 .

The road construction minister, Nand Kishore Yadav, met the Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari for pending road projects in the state. Gadkari assured all possible help to the state in the construction of roads and bridges which is damage due to the flood.

The Path Minister is accompanied by Principal Secretary Amrit Lal Meena in Delhi too.The path construction minister, in collaboration with Home Minister Rajnath Singh, gave information about the damage caused by the flood of two-lane roads that have been parallel to the Indo-Nepal border. They showed the need to see the plan again. Expressing full sympathy for the flood victims, the Home Minister assured the team of the border Management Department to send Bihar soon. The Home Minister said that the team will also assess the damage of roads by the flood.
