Pradyumna Murder Case: Chargesheet Will be filed in 7 days , Khattar says – This is heinous crime

Gurgaon Police Commissioner Sandeep Kherwar said that after ruthless murder of seven-year-old Pradumman in Gurgaon’s Ryan International School, the police said that the police will file a Chargesheet within seven days in this case. He said that the court will be appealed that the case should be tried in the fast track court. Chief Minister Khattar called it a heinous crime.

Police Commissioner Kherwar answered the questions of the media and said that no criminal record of the accused conductor of this case has yet been received. And so far only the role of the conductor is revealed. All information will be made public after investigation in this regard.

According to the commissioner, no name in FIR is registered in the FIR so far. But this only starts. After further investigation, further action will be taken. During this, he told that the school has suspended the principal. The school’s security agency has also been canceled.




Sandeep Kherwar said that in this regard, three members committee is being investigated. Every aspect has the police eye. According to him, proof is being raised in this matter. The accused will be tried hard to get a strict punishment. According to the police, the main accused is a bus conductor. Who has been arrested.

The government committee will submit its report to the government in 3 days. Where do the schools have deficiencies and what is negligent in this case. Action will also be taken against the school on the basis of this report. The police will hire a special public prosecutor to strengthen the case.

Advisory has been issued to all schools in Gurgaon that they will ensure the security of the school in the next 15 days . After 15 days, surprise check of schools will start.
