amby Valley City: Supreme Court rejects Sahara’s plea for lifting attachment, stopping auction of Aamby Valley

New Delhi: Sahara Chief Subrata Roy Sahara get today is a big setback to the Supreme Court. Today, the Supreme court has refused to stop the auction of Ambli Valley.

The Supreme Court has rejected Sahara’s plea in which he sought more time to pay the investors’ money. Sahara Group has to deposit about Rs 966.50 crore in Sahara-SEBI account of from Rs 1500 crore.

The Supreme Court refused to stop the auction of Ambli Valley, saying that the auction process will run according to its scheduled schedule. For this, the Sahara Group will not be allowed more time.
