ASIA Cup hockey: India’s Diwali blast, beaten Malaysia by 6-2


In the second Super-4 match of the 10th Asian Cup hockey tournament in Dhaka, india beat Malaysia 6-2. The Malaysian team of 12th World Ranking had earlier defeated India in the same year in two consecutive matches. On June 22, in the Hockey World League semifinals , Malaysia defeated india 3-2 in the quarter-finals. On 5 May , Malaysia beat India 1-0 in the Azlan Shah Cup hockey .

4. Pakistan: 2 matches – 1 point

The teams have one match left in the Super-4. The top two teams will face face-to-face on October 22 in the final.
