UPSC results declared, Nandini did top, anmol get second position

UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) has declared the result of Civil Services Examination 2016. This time Nandini KR of Karnataka has topped the UPSC. While Anmol Sher Singh Bedi and G. Ronanki has achieved second and third place.

Last year, the examination was conducted between December 3 and December 9 in two sessions. A total of 1099 students have been selected in the final result. Of which, 500 candidates are from General category. 347 of OBC category, 163 of SC category and 89 candidates of ST category have passed the examination.

180 for IAS, 45 for IFS and 150 for IPS has been selected. Apart from this, 603 for Group-A and 231 for Group-B have been selected in central services.
