Bihar: Two arrested in Nancy Jha murder case,questions arise on bihar government

A 12 year old girl was murder in Madhubani district of Bihar. The murder of Nancy Jha has shaken the country, while the news of the murder and its pictures, which tell the story of whims, has become viral even on social media. On the other hand, demonstrations have started to be launched across the country in connection with the stringent punishment given to the killers of Nancy Jha, who has been brutally tortured.
Both the accused named Pawan Jha and Lalu Jha have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of 12-year-old student Nancy Jha  resident of Andoramath police station area. They are both relatives. Both of them are sons of  Mahadevmath Devchandra Jha.
In the above press conference, Additional Superintendent of Police, in-charge, Ajay Kumar Pandey, said in the press conference held in his office in the Samrharnalal on Wednesday. He said that by speeding trial of Nancy Jha’s abduction and killing of a speedy trial, the culprits will be punished as soon as possible.
Hundreds of people who have been associated with Bihar on Jantar-Mantar of Delhi performed demonstrations against Naini for justice. People performing on Jantar Mantar have also questioned the attitude of the Bihar government.
What is the whole matter?
Let us tell you that on May 25, a 12 year old minor girl was murdered after kidnapping in Madhubani district of Bihar. When the victim family arrives with a complaint to the police, instead of looking for the accused, the police starts hurting with two members of the family.
After the defense of the family members and the rescue among the top officers, local police leaves the family members. Whereas, the victim families had given names to the police on the basis of suspicion. One of the two names given later came out to kill a minor girl Nancy’s killer.
On May 25, the corpse of the missing girl is found on 28th May at a farm along the banks of the same village. The situation where a minor girl’s body has been recovered, is actually going to be a hanger for people living in civilized society. Acids were inserted on the girl’s body. The nerves of both hands were cut off of the girl. The girl’s throat was also sanded with great ruthlessness.
According to the Bihar police, the marriage of Nancy’s Baua was on 26th May. The accused arrested in the murder did not want that the wedding of Nancy’s Baua would be on May 26. Therefore, the accused prepared a plan to kidnap Nancy. Only a day before marriage, the accused arrested in the murder kidnap Nancy.
However, the marriage of Nancy’s Baua is settled on a fixed date. Fearing fear of marriage and being exposed to the marriage, the accused murders Nancy in a ruthless manner.
