Patna: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) canceled the license of Lalu Prasad’s son and health minister of Bihar’s petrol pump, Tej Pratap Yadav on Saturday, as the reply to the notice given by Tej Pratapap to the company was not satisfactory. After the cancellation of the license of petrol pump by BPCL, Tej Pratap Yadav applied for a stay on the order of the company in Patna’s lower court. All Judge-11 case is a case in Mishra’s court, but due to his absence on Friday, all Judge-Javed Ahmed Khan has banned BPCL’s decision for seven days. Now the next hearing of this case will be on June 23.
BPCL issued notice to Tej Pratap Yadav on May 31 demanding clarification regarding the license of petrol pump. The oil corporation had asked for clarification in 15 days asking how they got the license. In this case BPCL has refused to give any further information. Meanwhile, Tej Pratap’s brother and deputy chief minister of Bihar, Bihar’s Chaswati Yadav said that the matter is in the court. Therefore, we will not make any statement in this matter. He also said that the attack by the BJP will strengthen us.
In the matter of allocation of petrol pump to Tej Pratapap, national spokesman of Hindustani Awam Morcha Danish Rizwan has said that in the petrol pump case, the state government should register the case of cheating and arrest Pratapap Yadav.
In a notice issued by Manish Kumar, Regional Manager (retail) of BPCL, Patna, it has been said that Tej Pratap Yadav has acquired the petrol pump by giving ‘wrong information’ on Patna’s busy Anisabad bypass road. Earlier, BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi had alleged that the allocation of petrol pumps in the fraudulent manner during the UPA-II regime has been allocated. At the same time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also alleged that there was no demand for 43 diesel land at the time of taking Petrol Pump with Mr. Pratapap Yadav. He said that in 2012, Beer Manufacturer Merchant Amit Kaetal, who is also the Managing Director of AK Infosystem Private Limited, had leased about 136 daisil land to former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad’s younger son, Tejashwi Yadav, on which the petrol pump was installed.
