Australia have announced the ODI and T20I Squad for the India tour with James Faulkner and Nathan Coulter-Nile being recalled to the team. Uncapped left-arm fast bowler Jason Beherendorff has been picked in the T20I squad. Australia are scheduled play five ODIs and three T20Is in India between September 17 and October 11.

Faulkner – man of the match in the 2015 World Cup final – had been left out of the squad for the Champions Trophy earlier this year, but his experience in the subcontinent has helped him earn a recall.

Moises Henriques, along with the injured quartet of Chris Lynn, John Hastings, James Pattinson and Mitchell Starc, are the members of the Champions Trophy squad that miss out. In their place, Faulkner, along with Nathan Coulter-Nile have been picked.

Starc has been rested for the entire tour as he continues his recovery from a foot injury.
