BIHAR: Coaching institutes will not run at the time of school, unregistered Coaching institutes will be closed: Education Department

Patna: The coaching institute will not run at the time of high and plus two schools running in the state. For this, the education department has instructed all the districts to ensure that no coaching institutes do not run during the running of government schools, ensure it in every situation. Its full responsibility is given to the district education officer and District Program Officer of the districts.

The Education Department has clarified that according to the Bihar Coaching Institute Act of 2010, no coaching institutes should not run during the school term. Coaching institutions can run only after the school’s timing.
Apart from this, the education department has also asked for the list of registered coaching institutes from the districts.




Such coaching institutions will be investigated. Those coaching institutions who are not operating in accordance with the rules will be subjected to action.

The Education Department has decided that those coaching institutes who have got registration, they will be allowed to go, but those institutions which are not registered will be closed.
