bihar:case lodged against bjps delhi state president manoj tiwari in darbhanga for cheating

Darbhanga: In Bihar’s Darbhanga district, a case has been filed against BJP’s Delhi state president and MP Manoj Tiwari. According to the information, in the court of Darbhanga, a case of cheating and fraud has been registered in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate. Complainant Munna Chaudhary has filed a complaint against Manoj Tiwari in the court of Chief Magistrate Vidyasagar Pandey. According to Munna Chaudhary, the real estate company is a buyer of Vastu Bihar and has not been given a flat on time. He has said in his complaint that when he tried to ask for a flat, the company had made an objection.

According to the complainant, Vastu is the brand ambassador of Bihar, Manoj Tiwari and influenced by him, he has invested money in this project. The complainant says that seeing Manoj Tiwari’s face, he thought that he would not be cheated with him, but it did not happen and the company cheated me. According to Munna, in 2013, he had booked a flat in Vastu Vihar, which was to be prepared by the company after twelve months. The company took eight lakh rupees from him but he could not get any flat till now. The money is being neglected by the company on demand.
