Bihar:First appearance of 17 accused in the srijan scam, sent on14 days remand of CBI

Patna: The 17 srijan-scam accused currently locked in the Bhagalpur jail were produced in the special court in the CBI’s Patna on Tuesday. All the accused were presented in the court of Special Magistrate Vijaya Kumari.

The CBI’s lawyer in the court introduced everyone. The Special Magistrate handed over all the accused to the CBI remand for 14 days. Later, all of them were sent back to Bhagalpur jail in strong security.

It is worth noting that the CBI had submitted the application in special court for Questioning to all the accused arrested in srijan-scam.

Earlier on Tuesday morning, all the accused were sent from Bhagalpur to Patna. In Patna, he was presented at a special court at around 1 a.m.
