Patna: After the recent Supreme Court judgment in the case of the fodder scam case, the problems of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad are now increasing. Lalu Prasad, who arrived in Ranchi in the fodder scam case after the CBI order, will now face trial in three sections of the Devghar treasury corruption case. The other accused in the case, former Chief Minister, Dr. Jagannath Mishra has got bail from the court.
According to the information, Lalu, who arrived in the court in the court of Justice Shivpal Singh, was very serious and troubled. After the court’s proceedings began, the court asked Lalu Prasad to face the trial in three streams, citing the order of the Supreme Court order. Lalu Prasad Advocate Prabhat Kumar told the media that the CBI court has imposed a separate section on corruption on Lalu, There will be a case under PC Act thirteen D, IPC 120B and 420. At the same time Jagannath Mishra’s lawyer Rakesh Kumar said that in these sections Jagannath Mishra got bail on a personal bond of one lakh rupees.

It may be noted that during the hearing in the fraudulent withdrawal of crores of crores in the purchase of fodder from Godhra and Donda treasury, many accused including RK Rana, Dhruv Bhagat, along with Lalu Prasad and Jagannath Mishra appeared in the court. On the basis of the fictitious allocation letter, all these accused were involved in the fodder scam case and accused of extorting Rs 95 lakh illegally from the Devgarh treasury.

If legal experts believe, then after the court’s order, the problems of Lalu Prasad and the rest of the accused will increase. Now Lalu Prasad will have to undergo a speedy trial in 9 months on the directions of the Supreme Court, in order to complete the hearing of the case. On the other hand, 420, There will also be a case under the 120B and PC Act. Knowledgeable experts say that due to this, the problems of Lalu will increase.
