In the case of false affidavit FIR against tej pratap, provision of termination of membership and punishment for up to seven years

Patna, BJP Legislative Councilor Suraj Nandan Kushwaha has filed a complaint in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Patna on charges of giving false information to the Election Commission by former Health Minister and RJD legislator Tej Pratap Yadav.

It has been complained that in the affidavit filed with the nomination papers while contesting the elections of Mahuaa, Vaishali in the 2015 assembly elections, tej pratap hide the details of 45.24 decillable land purchased in 53 lakh 34 thousand in Aurangabad in 2015.





BJP Legislative Councilor filed the trial number 3838 (c) / 2017 in the court, taking cognizance under Section 125 of the Representation of the People Act and Section 233 of the IPC and issuing non-bailable warrants against RJD legislator in the court. He has requested the authorities to strictly punish them by starting and hearing the hearing.

 
In his complaint, Kushwaha said that RJD legislator of Mahuaa (Vaishali) tej Pratap Yadav purchased land from 7 people separately on January 16, 2010 in Aurangabad. It was paid from IICI Bank, Connaught Place, New Delhi branch. Details of this land were not deliberately given in the affidavit given to the Election Commission in 2015.

He said that deliberately concealing the details of property is not only to cheat the EC but it also violates section 125 A of public representation. In this case, BJP legislators Arun Kumar Sinha and Suman Kumar Jha are the witnesses. tej Pratap is the eldest son of RJD President Lalu Prasad.
