Case of murder of student at Ryan International: Police said attempt to eradicate evidence

gurugram: In connection with the brutal murder of a seven-year-old school student in Riyan International School Complex in Gururgram, Gururgam police on Monday arrested two top officials of the school and said that an attempt was made to destroy the evidence in the case. The police arrested Ryan International School Group’s Legal Head Francis Thomas and HR Head George Thomas. They were presented in the court of Sohna who sent them to police custody for two days.

Gurudram Police Commissioner Sandip Khirwar said that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) examining the case believes that evidence has been tampered with in the case. Kharwar said, “SIT told Sohana court that it appears that the evidence was destroyed. An attempt was made to wash the blood spots from the place where the child was found dead. An attempt was made to remove the blood mark on his bottle of water and the bag. Some other evidence has also been tampered with.




Kharwar said that if we are involved in the school management or any other employee involved in filing charge sheet, we will impose appropriate streams against them. Haryana Police Additional Director General of Police Law Management Mohammed Akeel also visited the crime scene.

Please tell that the body of the second grade student Pradyumna was found on Friday in the toilet of the school. In this case, bus conductor Ashok Kumar has already been arrested.

Supreme Court seeks response from Haryana government

The victim’s father approached the Supreme Court while requesting the CBI to investigate the matter. On this petition, the court asked the Center and the Haryana Government to respond. A Bench of Chief Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice AM Khanvilkar and Justice DY Chandrachud,had asked t0 the CBSE to set up the responsibility of school management in the case of such incidents and to make guidelines for the protection of children in school,The board has to respond within three weeks.
