Sirsa deputy commissioner Prabhjot Singh informed about the imposition of curfew at Sirsa and nearby villages in Shahpur Begu, Niigia and Bajeka at night. Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh said that if needed, DGP has complete right to impose curfew.
Thousands of jawans have been deployed in sensitive areas of Punjab and Haryana, including 15000 paramilitary forces. In Punjab and Haryana, Dera is quite a follower of the true deal and seeing high alert in both states, high alert has been issued.
