Kejriwal’s Apologizes to Majithia, AAP Leader Bhagwant Mann Calls It Quits

new Delhi[]:-Arvind Kejriwal stirred an uproar within the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) yesterday when he issued an apology letter to former Punjab minister Bikram Majithia. The apology was viewed as a form of ‘meek surrender’ by AAP leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira just in order to shed court cases.

AAP members felt let down by Kejriwal and angered with his apology. Bhagwant Mann stepped down from his post as AAP’s President in the Punjab unit and said that he would continue fighting against the drug mafia as an ‘aam aadmi’.

Kejriwal had accused Majithia of being involved in the narcotics trade during the Punjab Assembly elections last year. As per sources from AAP, Kejriwal is expected to issue an apology to Arun Jaitley, who had filed a defamation suit against him for alleging him of irregularities in DDCA while he was the President.
