LIVE: Supreme Court’s historic verdict concludes three divorce

After the Supreme Court’s decision on the three divorces, the Muslim Personal Law Board convened the meeting.

The three divorces were termed as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court by the majority and it has been eliminated from today. Three out of five judges have declared three divorces as unconstitutional. The rest of the judges who have left it on Parliament.

Justice Khahr said – Divorce does not violate Article 14, 15, 21 and 25 of the Constitution. Let me know here that Article 14 and 15 give equal rights to every citizen.
