Gandhinagar / New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today became the 67th year old. On this special occasion, the Prime Minister is in his home state of Gujarat. The beginning of this very special day of his life, the Prime Minister took blessings from Mother hira Ba in Gandhinagar.

After becoming the Prime Minister, twice before, he blessed his mother on birthday day. Prime Minister Modi went to meet his mother without a heavy security arrangement. On the birthday, Prime Minister will inaugurate the Narmada dam project, built in 56 years.




Narmada dam project to be inaugurated
Narendra Modi will dedicate the Sardar Sarovar Narmada Dam project to the country in Kevadia of Narmada district at 9.20 am in the morning. The foundation stone of this dam was done by the country’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and inaugurated by PM Modi today.

The Dream Project will also review the ‘State of Unity’
The Prime Minister will also take stock of the construction work of Sardar Patel’s huge statue, built directly on the river Narmada. Sardar Patel’s 182 meter high statue of ‘Statue of Unity’ is a dream project of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It was inaugurated in October 2015. The L & T company is making this statue. Its cost is about Rs 3 thousand crore and it is to be completed by June 2018.

Narmada Festival will join the concluding program
After this, Narendra Modi will be joining the concluding program of the Narmada festival at Dabhoi near Vadodara at 11:30 in the morning. Here he will lay the foundation of National Tribal Freedom Sanymari Museum. PM will also address a public meeting in Dobhai.

Prime Minister will also lay the foundation of APMC’s new market yard, new dairy plant and honey production center in Amreli. Co-operatives here will address people in the program. Prime Minister will also inaugurate Green Krishna Sarovar and Dairy Science College in Amreli.

Prime Minister’s Second Gujarat Visit Within Two Days
