Pakistan Cricket Board demand seven million dollar compensation from BCCI
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has demanded seven million dollar compensation from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for not playing two ‘domestic’ bilateral series. The PCB has fixed the compensation amount by completing the consultation process on this issue. He will present the claim to the ICC’s settlement committee within a few days.
PCB President Najam Sethi said, “We had signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the BCCI in 2014, which agreed to play six Bialetral series. Which included the home series in our host.
Sethi said, “India has not implemented this, and since 2008 we have not played the Bailaratral series with us . But he has no problem playing against us in ICC tournaments. ”
Sethi said, “Under the MoU, the two countries had to play six bilateral series between 2015 to 2023. Pakistan had never had trouble playing the Bialetral series with India. But the BCCI has given huge financial loss by not sending the team. ”
