SC accepts Pradyumna’s father’s application, said – It is the issue of every child in the country.
Haryana Police has arrested two school management officers in the Pradyumna Murder case of Ryan School. This includes Ryan’s Regional Manager and HR Head. Their arrest has been done under the JJ Act. At the same time, the Supreme Court has issued notice to the Center and Haryana Government on the petition of Praduman’s father.
The SHO of Sadar police station has been suspended in cases of lathi charge for parents and media. There are many flaws in the school in the report of the inquiry commission set up by the government. The CCTV cameras installed in the school have been found to be bad. Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that immediate action should be taken in this matter.

Pradyumna’s father said in his petition to the Supreme Court that accountability, responsibility and responsibility of all schools in the country should be decided. In future, if there is any incident with the children within the school, then the management, the director, the principal, the promoter is charged under negligence against everyone.
– Rayon School Group CEO Pinto Ryan has filed an anticipatory bail petition in the Bombay High Court.
