Ram Rahim Rape convicted, will now be placed in temporary jail of Army Western Command

Panchkula: In the case of rape of Sadhvi, the special CBI court of Panchkula has convicted Gurmeet Ram Rahim. The declaration of punishment will be on August 28. Immediately after the court’s decision, Gurmeet Ram Rahim was taken into custody.

Gurmeet Ram Rahim will be kept in Rohtak jail. However, as soon as the verdict was announced, the army’s carriage court reached the premises so that they could be transported to the temporary jail of the Western Command.

Nuisance after verdict

As soon as Gurmeet Ram Rahim was convicted of rap. Dera supporters have begun to foment. In some places, the police made tear gas shells on the supporters of the Dera Sacha Sauda. The supporters have been felonious and the OV van of a news channel has been handed over to the fire.

In its decision, the court considered the statement given under section 164 of the victim as very important. The court also considered the statement of the victim’s family as important in reaching their decision.

Immediately after the court’s decision, the army’s vehicles were seen in the movement and flag marches were seen in Panchkula.

The administration has made big arrangements to tackle any kind of situation.

In 2002, Gurmeet Ram Rahim was accused of sexual exploitation of Sadhvis. After this, the probe was handed over to the CBI by the High Court. A Sadhvi had issued a letter to the media, Chief Justice of Punjab-Haryana High Court, PM, accusing Ram Rahim of sexual harassment. After this, the High Court had on September 24, 2002 assigned the CBI to investigate the matter.
