Two more petitions have been filed in the meantime. The Rohingya people have been asked to send them back by stating the threat to national security.

Rohingya Muslims are taking shelter in Bangladesh after fleeing Myanmar Not only in Bangladesh, thousands of Rohingya Muslims have taken shelter in India too. 40 thousand Rohingya Muslims in India

So far, about one lakh 80 thousand Rohingya Muslims have taken shelter in Bangladesh. There are 40 thousand Rohingya Muslims living in India too. Most Rohingyas are numbered in Jammu Kashmir, Hyderabad, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR and Rajasthan.

Rohingyas living in illegal ways will be excluded- Central Government

The issue of Rohingya Muslims is also burning up the country’s politics. The Supreme Court had asked the government to respond only to this. The government says that illegal Rohingya Muslims living in the country will be taken out. Government fears that Pakistan’s terrorist organization can use Rohingya Muslims for spread terror in India.
